U.S. shipping on the Soda Boost supplement costs $9.99 on the 2-bottle pack and nothing on the 3 or 6-bottle packs. The seller sends a tracking number by email but does not publish its carrier, dispatch time or delivery estimate.

What the seller does and does not publish
- Published: the charges above, a tracking number sent by email once the order ships, and an optional Priority + Insured Shipping upgrade that the returns page says speeds delivery and reships a parcel if delivery fails.
- Not published: the carrier, the dispatch time, the warehouse location or a delivery estimate. The site template's “1-day dispatch” and “climate packaging” lines are not things the seller states, so we do not repeat them.
- Brand route: on the brand's direct page (merchant of record PagAmerican LLC) shipping is “calculated at checkout”. Prices for the packs are the same.
Tracking and lost parcels
- Look for the shipping email; the tracking link opens the carrier's own status page.
- No email within a week of ordering: check spam, then email [email protected] with your order ID.
- Marked delivered but missing: ask neighbors and your local post office within 48 hours, then write to the seller with the tracking number.
- If you bought the Priority + Insured upgrade, ask for the free reshipment it promises.
Outside the United States
This desk covers U.S. orders. The seller's refund FAQ mentions customs fees, which suggests some orders ship abroad, and states those fees are not refundable. If you are outside the U.S., confirm cost and delivery with the seller before ordering.
Return shipping
Returns go to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773, and the postage is yours on every version of the policy. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt: the refund is processed after the parcel arrives, and tracking is your proof of the date. For the full refund steps see the 60-day assurance page.
On arrival
Before opening, run the seven-point bottle check: label, cap seal, Supplement Facts and the packing slip. Store the bottles somewhere cool and dry with the cap closed.
