The safest path, step by step
- By day 45: decide. Use the calculator below to find your dates.
- Email [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject and your order ID. Ask them to confirm which conditions apply and whether you need an authorization code.
- Pack every bottle, including empty and opened ones, with the packing slip and a note: full name, email, order ID.
- Post it by tracked mail to 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773. Keep the receipt and tracking number.
- Follow up if no refund appears within 10 business days of delivery to Largo.

What the refund does not cover
- Return postage, on every version of the policy.
- The original shipping charge ($9.99 on a 2-bottle pack) and any customs fees, according to the FAQ refund page.
- Possibly 20% of the order, if the FAQ page's restocking fee is applied. Ask in writing before you post anything.
If a valid request is ignored
Keep copies of your emails and the tracking proof. Contact the card issuer about a dispute, and report the problem to the FTC[1]. Tell us too ([email protected]); a seller that stops honoring refunds comes off this site.
